Ateliers Heritage
Is the fourth and final phase of the Ateliers Castelnau project. It promises the redevelopment of a historic building erected in 1926 that housed workshops for shoemaking, carpentry, weaving, embroidery, painting and more. It is in homage to these artisans that Heritage has integrated a workshop space, to preserve the creative and artisanal side that has marked the history of the district. The building offers warm, bright and ergonomic units with many choices of finishes as well as a roof terrace, indoor parking, a gymnasium, a bike workshop and a multifunctional aera.
