Friday November 6, 2020

November 5, 2020, marked the official launch of the second phase of Station 7, the first rental condo development to be built in Saint-Jérôme.

An official groundbreaking ceremony held on November 5 and attended by Mr. Pascal Raymond, Mr. Maxime Latreille and Mr. Alexandre Jarry of Station 7, Mr. Jean-Marc Bélanger of Cogir Real Estate, and other partners marked the official launch of the second phase of Station 7, the first rental condo development to be built in Saint- Jérôme. On completion, the project will have a total of six buildings.

“We had high expectations for Phase 1, but they were surpassed by the amazing response to the project. At the opening last August, more than 95% of the rental condos had been spoken for. Today, there isn’t a single vacancy,” said Pascal Raymond, Station 7 partner and president of Construction Raymond et Fils. “The wonderful location close to the Laurentians and the distinctive design of the apartments, a combination of elegance and contemporary style, make Station 7 a choice address for residents of St-Jérôme. We are very pleased to begin work on the second phase today, with an eventual offer of 66 new rental condos and other beautiful features exclusive to the project’s tenants, such as a sauna and massage room.”

Phase 2 of the project consists in 66 magnificent rental condos with one, two or three bedrooms, distributed over seven floors and accessible by elevator. As in Phase 1, there is an indoor garage, fitness room, and welcoming common areas. Big news: this building will also boast seven superb penthouse units as well as a sauna and massage room. As always, close attention is being paid to details, finishing materials are all of superior quality, and the units enjoy exceptional natural lighting, making Station 7 the ideal place to fully appreciate each and every day. When you live at the gateway of the Laurentian region, enjoying fresh air and quick access to an array of sports facilities as well as a comfortable and fuss-free commute into the city on the train, you really are experiencing the best of all worlds!

A VIP event will be held from November 11 to 14. By appointment only, prospective tenants will be given first choice of their new rental condo.
