A Brand-New Management Mandate in the Outaouais!

We were greatly excited, late yesterday, to reach an agreement with Manulife on a new management mandate in the beautiful Gatineau Region.

With its unrestricted view of the Parliament buildings, the Vibe is an exceptional building located only a few minutes away from downtown Ottawa.

This building has a lot to offer: large and bright apartments, high-end finishes, great soundproofing, a magnificent rooftop terrace, a gym and a yoga room. To make the life of its tenants even more enjoyable, we intend to add a smart mail room to secure the delivery of packages.

Tenants also have access to a fleet of shared bicycles to ease their travel in the area in an ecological way.

This management mandate reinforces our business relationship with Manulife.
