COCKTAIL EVENT AT MOSTRA CANDIAC

More than 50 people were present on January 15 for the 2nd information session of the Mostra Candiac.

The event took place at La Réserve –Table & Vin restaurant in Candiac, located 4 km from Mostra, allowing guests to discover this local attraction. “We felt a sense of community forming between the participants interested in renting a condo and the future tenants who had already signed up. In addition, it was very interesting to see the dynamics of the exchanges between the participants of all ages combined”, mentions Mrs. Nathalie Berger, building manager, Mostra Candiac.  

In addition to discovering more about the project and their future neighborhood, the participants had the privilege of attending a free conference on storage strategies and space optimization.

Project display

Mostra Candiac rental condo are all designed to allow tenants to lead a lifestyle of their choice. It is a prime location, nature lovers will be as satisfied as urban people will.

Tenants could take advantage of a cycle path and many nearby parks in complete peace of mind. In addition, as the project is located very close to dix30, residents will be able to enjoy the many entertainment, restaurants and stores within a 20-minute drive.

Participants also attended a free conference by Florence Mekhaël, interior designer. Storage strategies and tips on how to optimize space were presented. During this presentation, the following elements were discussed:

• How to integrate storage without visually overloading the space?
• The organization of existing storage
• Small tips for each piece
